Whether you haven’t run a step since you were in grade school or you are looking to run for a Personal Best, we have the programs, experience, and a positive approach that will help you reach your goals. An initial face to face consultation, a personalized training schedule based on your time schedule, monthly sit-downs to discuss your training, access to group training runs, and unlimited emails/phone calls to Jim.

5K Training Program - A 10 week program that progresses you towards a goal 5K race - Price: $80.00
10K Training Program - A 12 week program that progresses you towards a goal 10K race - Price: $95.00
Half Marathon Training Program - A 16 week program that progresses you towards a goal Half Marathon race - Price: $120.00
Marathon Training Program - A 20 week program intended to reach your marathon goal race - Price: $200.00
Ultra Marathon Training Program - A 24 week program that builds the foundation for a goal ultra race - Price: $220.00
